TSTT, the Trinidad and Tobago incumbent operator has agreed to interconnection agreements with Flow, a cable operator and Lisa Communications, a broadband service provider. TSTT took the opportunity to release a statement over the agreements announcing that 'it is yet another step in demonstrating the company's resolve to ensure that interconnection rates are set at levels that benefit consumers.'
