BMI View: Mauricio Macri has comfortably defeated Education Minister Daniel Filmus in the Buenos Aires mayoral election, though a second round of votes will be required to secure victory. The result marks another setback this year for the Kirchner administration, though we still believe the president's wife, Cristina Fernández, is most likely to succeed her husband following the October ballot.
