BMI View: Paraguay's Q309 GDP data reaffirm our view that the country's economic recovery is now underway. To be sure, we see rebounds in GFCF and private consumption, alongside still-high levels of government spending, driving modest growth of 1.8% in 2010. Further ahead, we believe that a deteriorating trade balance, in conjunction with modest private consumption growth and the country's ongoing structural problems, will keep GDP growth muted.
