BMI View: Bermuda's external accounts are some of the most impressive in the Caribbean, boosted by a hefty current account surplus and generally strong financial inflows. However, we caution that the island's dependence on hot money does leave it vulnerable to a downturn in global risk sentiment, although the structural current account buffer means major balance of payments instability remains a long way off.
