Sovereign Risk Ratings: Trade Winds Cool Outlook
September 2010 | Sovereign Risk RatingA weaker external outlook for Q410-2011 has seen a downward revision to some of the top-ranked economies in our most recent Latin American sovereign risk ratings. Yet, while several countries have shifted positions in terms of relative rankings, the divide between those in the top and bottom halves of our regional table remains clear, with Nicaragua and Jamaica most at risk of a credit event in the next few years.
