Current Account Surplus To Persist

A significant shift in import and export dynamics in Belize has caused us to revise our forecast for the trade balance, and we are now expecting the deficit to shrink from US$250mn in 2009 to US$140mn by end-2010, before growing again to US$170mn by end-2011.
