US Stimulus Measures To Aid GDP Growth

The sharp decline in domestic demand resulted in a more pronounced positive net export contribution to headline growth last year, when the economy contracted by 1.1%. We have raised our 2010 and 2011 real GDP growth forecasts to 2.4% on the back of an improved external outlook.
