FARC Admits Governor Cuéllar Killing

The Colombian group Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC) has admitted responsibility for abducting and killing the governor of southern Caqueta province, Luis Fernando Cuéllar. Cuéllar was abducted from his home in Florencia by a group of 20 armed men on December 21.
