Fiscal Crisis Without Agreement

BMI View: In assessing the impact of the political crisis on the Honduran economy, we are particularly concerned about the deterioration in the governments' fiscal accounts. Unless some form of political agreement is reached soon, we anticipate public debt levels to reach unsustainable levels in the near future.
