Brazilian Demand Fails To Halt Production Slowdown

Monthly vehicle production and exports in Argentina are showing signs of recovery over January-February figures. However, Fernando Rodriguez Canedo, executive director of the Asociación de Fábricas de Automotores de Argentina (Adefa) has told Reuters that he expects domestic production to fall by as much as 30% year-on-year (y-o-y) by end-2009.
