Dengue Fever Sparks Unrest

With the presidential election closing in, and the current Dengue fever crisis causing concern, there is a risk of a ratings downgrade. Paraguay's President Nicanor Duarte declared a state of emergency on February 15 in an effort to control the disease, and a lack of vaccines has led to a rise in political unrest.
