A Change Of Plan?
January 2008 | Ratings UpdateUruguay President Tabaré Vasquez is preparing to reshuffle at least half of the ministerial posts within his cabinet, according to local newspaper La Republica. Among those allegedly leaving the cabinet are Agriculture Minister Jose Mujica and leader of the senior partner of the ruling coalition and Finance Minister Danilo Astori, both of whom are tipped to run for the presidency in 2009.
