President Hugo Chávez has reshuffled his cabinet in January after his defeat in the December constitutional referendum. The most high-profile decision has been to replace Vice President Jorge Rodriguez, whose chief role was to oversee the more radical political agenda in 2007, with less controversial Infrastructure Minister Ramon Carrizales.
