The President of Trinidad & Tobago, George Maxwell Richards, has warned of the potential pitfalls of the country's dependence on it energy sector. In an address to members of the Chamber of Commerce, the head of state underlined the need to invest in economic and social growth from 'human intellect' not just 'petroleum and gas reserves'.
