Fujimori Trial Remains Major Risk

Chile's decision to award amnesty to 15,000 Peruvian migrants on October 22 is another example of the improved bilateral relations between the two countries, following the Chilean supreme court's decision to extradite former Peruvian president Alberto Fujimori.
