Fraud Case Thrown Out
September 2007 | Ratings UpdateThe Department of Justice has refuted allegations of fraud in the registration of the Partido Puertorriqueños por Puerto Rico (PPR). According to PPR President Rogelio Figueroa, the result of the investigation demonstrates that the main parties are significantly opposed to PPR's registration. The emergence of the PPR as a genuine force in Puerto Rican politics will be put to the test during next year's elections.
