August 2007 | Macroeconomic ForecastsBMI View: Consumer price inflation came in at 2.2% y-o-y in June, slightly above May's reading of 1.6% y-o-y. We believe that the uptick in inflation is due to rising food-related prices, a phenomenon coined as 'agflation.'
