The Return Of Noriega?

BMI View: Manuel Noriega, who ruled Panama under a virtual military dictatorship during the 1980s, is scheduled to be released from a US prison in September. As yet it is unclear as to which country he will extradited, but we believe a return to Panama could pose a threat (albeit limited) to the current political stability in the country.
