Out Of Iraq?
July 2007 | Ratings UpdateEl Salvadorean President Tony Saca is considering a gradual unwinding of his country's troop presence in Iraq, which has been the government's most overt gesture of cooperation with the US under Saca's administration. While this would obviously not be positive for US-El Salvadorean relations, we do believe that any deterioration in the relationship between the two countries would be limited.
