Getting A Little Closer To Managua

Costa Rican and Nicaraguan diplomats met in June to discuss ways of improving conditions for Nicaraguan workers seeking employment in comparatively wealthy Costa Rica. This was the first bilateral summit between the countries since Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega entered office in January.
