June 2007 | Ratings UpdateWhile Mexico's political outlook has undoubtedly improved under the tenure of President Felipe Calderón and the ruling Partido Acción Nacional, the prospects for future reform and policy enactment still rely heavily on co-operation with the Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI) - an alliance that is by no means assured, in our view, given the divisions within the PRI.
