New Fiscal Target, No Problem
April 2007 | Market StrategyBMI View: According to Brazil's 2008 budget guideline report published in early April, the government has reduced its primary fiscal surplus target. We do not see this as a negative development, and believe that the current administration has made significant steps in consolidating its fiscal accounts.
