Boundary Dispute Simmering

BMI View: In March, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) began hearing arguments over a maritime border dispute between Nicaragua and neighbouring Honduras. A ruling should effectively put an end to the dispute, but the potential for regional integration now looks less viable than it did late last year.
