Growth Slows In Q3… Further Deceleration Ahead?
November 2006 | Market StrategyAs widely expected, the Mexican economy cooled down slightly in Q306, registering real GDP growth of 4.6% y-o-y. BMI View: While the economic expansion is still relatively solid, the dynamics of a US slowdown are beginning to take their toll on Mexican production. We forecast this trend to continue in 2007, with growth moderating further to 3.5%.
