Data provided by the Banco Central del Uruguay shows that total tax revenues amounted to UYU6.5bn in September, increasing by 17.3 y-o-y. While revenues from value-added taxes (VAT) rose by 9.0% y-o-y, taxes from international trade and domestic production grew by 6.2% y-o-y.
