Honduras looks set to achieve yet more multilateral and bilateral debt relief. Banco Central de Honduras (BCH) chief Gabriela Nunez said last week that the country had negotiated a write-off of US$1.8bn in debt to the Paris Club of bilateral creditors, and was looking to achieve a similar deal with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to the tune of US$1.1bn.
