Opposition Boycott
September 2006 | Ratings UpdateOpposition parties warned to block all future government bills in Congress, unless President Nicanor Duarte stopped his bid to reform the constitution to allow him to seek re-election in 2008 (under the current law, presidents cannot serve two consecutive terms).
