BMI View: The interminable twists and turns of the government's peace process with the Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia (AUC) right-wing paramilitary group have left many wondering at what cost 'peace' is to be achieved. Indeed, some question whether the process can deliver a lasting peace at all. We share both concerns.
