Montserrat

Montserrat is an internally self-governing British overseas territory. The head of government is Chief Minister John Osborne of the New People's Liberation Movement (NPLM). The ruling party holds seven of the nine popularly elected seats in the Legislative Council. Reuben Meade leads the opposition party, the National Progressive Party (NPP), which holds the remaining two seats.
