Duarte Frutos: Ripe For The Picking?

The opposition recently lost a vote in the chamber of deputies that would have initiated impeachment proceedings against President Duarte. 39 deputies voted against the proposal and 37 voted for, well short of the two thirds majority (53 of 80 total deputies) needed to legitimate impeachment
