Peña Nieto Still On Course To Win

BMI View: The Partido Revolucionario Institucional's Enrique Peña Nieto looks increasingly likely to win Mexico's July 1, 2012 presidential election. His opponents have thus far failed to gain traction with the electorate, and new regulations limiting the candidates' media access and duration of the campaigns make a surprise victory less likely than in previous years.
