Puerto Rican Governor Luis Fortuño is coming under fire from the opposition Partido Popular Democrático, whose secretary general criticised the governor for supporting members of his own government after they allegedly used public funds to fly first class. This is likely to be an uncomfortable topic for Fortuño, given how much emphasis his administration has placed on fiscal austerity since he came to power back in 2009.
