Tourism Industry To Expand, But No Panacea

Cuba's tourism industry looks set for robust expansion over the coming years and could provide a much-needed boost to the island's sluggish economic growth trajectory. However, the economy's protracted problems regarding the lack of private sector development and the need for massive structural reform will nonetheless keep average real GDP growth capped at 3.8% over the next five years
