Reforms Bring New Opportunities

BMI View: A further wave of labour market reforms reinforces our view that the Cuban authorities are being forced to liberalise the economy. While the business environment will remain a major deterrent to international capital for the foreseeable future, we believe that the reforms are creating new opportunities for investors, especially in the pharmaceutical, infrastructure and oil sectors.
